Yassir

Ramona Furter · applying as AI Product Manager, Product & Tech, Data/AI/ML

You already proved AI scales Yassir. The strategy is the order you run it in.

Your CEO put it on record. Your Vertex AI dispatch test cut driver assignment by 50 seconds. Your ad asks for a robust strategy to leverage AI at scale, balanced across products and countries. Here it is, worked in miniature: the proven plays of the world's platforms, adapted to the Maghreb, in a committed order, with one refusal. I do this job today, as AI Project Lead at Swiss Post.

Where AI already makes money for super apps

Pick a service, numbered in the order I would run them. Each line carries a proven AI play home to Algiers.

One refusal, before anything else: no GenAI chatbot.

My first bet

Proven worldwide

The Maghreb twist

The move I would refuse

Leading with a customer-facing GenAI chatbot. Across every platform on this map, the money comes from unglamorous machine learning in matching, pricing and risk. GenAI earns its keep afterwards, on support and discovery. talabat added its ChatGPT grocery assistant on top of a working logistics brain, not instead of one.

All four services run on one spine: demand forecasting, matching, identity, risk. Build it once and every service inherits it; build it four times and four teams solve the same problem in parallel.

This application was researched, designed and built with my AI toolchain, Claude Code with agent automation, in one day. That is how I work.

What I bring to this role

Turning AI belief into shipped results

At Swiss Post I lead AI business models from opportunity sizing to launch. Automation I built cut time spent on sales by 30% and cut proposal feedback loops by 90% with a pitch-check avatar. My prototypes are what the C-level clicks in the boardroom instead of reading about.

Scaling an on-demand marketplace from inside

Founding team at WePractice, an on-demand health marketplace in the Migros Group: 1000+ client matches in year one, two funding rounds, growth to 10 locations and 23 people. Later a CHF 100M+ e-commerce P&L at Ifolor with +9% conversion. Remote, cross-functional teams throughout.

The honest read

Your ad asks for 3+ years in an AI/ML product title and an engineering degree. I have done hands-on AI work since late 2024 and carried the AI product title since January 2026, on top of 10+ years of product and growth leadership, and I ship with the AI stack myself, most visibly Pedal Peak, a live cycling platform I built end to end. My degree is a BBA with innovation and digital marketing CAS, a relevant field, not computer science. If those two lines are hard filters, this page saves you time. If proof beats titles, keep reading.

About me

I grew up commercial, not academic: apprenticeship, accounting, FMCG product marketing, then ventures. The thread is building things people actually use, and measuring them honestly.

Outside work I am mostly on a bike. I built Pedal Peak because I wanted it to exist: 331 routes across 12 countries, every one ridden before it was published. The platform, its data pipeline and its content run on the same AI tooling I bring to work.
